2 pound Tomatoes; peeled
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
4 Green onions; chopped
1 One half teaspoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Seasoned pepper
The Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook had this recipe for
Cut tomatoes into wedges. In 10inch skillet over medium heat, in hot
butter or margarine, cook green onions 1 minute. Add tomatoes and remaining
ingredients; cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
