Recipe - Stewed Chicken

4 Chicken breast; halves,
boneless
16 ounce Cn Italian stewed tomatoes;
cut in bite sized pieces
4 ounce Cn cut or sliced up mushrooms;
salt free
1 md Onion; cut or sliced up in rings
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning;
2 teaspoon Garlic; chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fatfree mozzarella cheese;
shredded
Place chicken in baking dish. Top with tomatoes and their juice,
mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Cover tightly with foil and bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Remove from oven
and sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover with foil until cheese melts.
