Recipe - Stephs Bbq Sauce

1 One half cup Ketchup
2/3 cup Water
1 teaspoon Chili powder
4 teaspoon Brown sugar
4 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 ounce Bourbon
1 cn Tomato paste; (small can)
Tabasco sauce; to taste

Wisk all ingredients in mixing bowl.

Place 8 pork chops in 13x9 pan (lined with aluminum foil). cover with
sauce. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
