Recipe - Stephanies Pumpkin Cheesecake

3 tablespoon Butter or olive oil
One fourth cup Chopped onion
One fourth cup Chopped green pepper
One half pound Sliced mushrooms
2 cup Fresh or frozen veggies
(broccoli, carrots, celery,
cauliflower, etc.)
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 pound Smoked Sausage or Polska
Kielbasa
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Hot cooked noodles
Stir fry the vegetables in butter until tender crisp. Add herbs and
sausage, cut into bite size pieces. Heat through. Stir in cheese.
Serve over hot buttered noodles with additional parmesan cheese.
