Recipe - Steamed Sliced Pork With White Cheese

1 pound Lean pork
One half teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoon Water
2 Cubes Chinese white cheese
1. Cut pork in 1/16inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl.
2. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes
and blend in. Pour mixture over pork.
3. Steam on a rack until done (30 to 40 minutes). See HOWTO SECTION.
