Recipe - Steamed Rice With Fresh Basil And Cheeses

3 cup Hot Steamed Rice
2 tablespoon Butter; room temperature
4 ounce Mozzarella Cheese; shredded
One fourth cup Parmesan Cheese; freshly
grated
2 tablespoon Fresh Basil; minced
Put hot rice in serving bowl. Mix in butter, mozzarella, and freshly grated
Parmesan cheese. Add basil; fluff rice with fork before serving.
NOTES : Butter and cheese metling in a bowl of hot steamed rice is one of
the joys of the Italian table. In this version rice is tossed with butter,
fresh basil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella.
