Recipe - Steamed Polenta

1 cup Polenta (rough ground corn
meal)
3 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste

I did not keep the name of whoever wrote about steamed Polenta, however I
did want to offer a heartly "thank you"! Talk about a very easy timesaver!
It turns out absolutely great! For those of you who missed it . . .
I use my Black and Decker steamer with the rice basket in place.
Just put all the ingredients in the rice basket, stir well until lumpfree
and steam for 20 minutes. It comes out very creamy and eliminates all the
armweary stirring! You can also add herbs to the mixture and stir them
in. My favorite, just add some FF parmesan cheese and chow down! You can
remove from steamer and place in another container for cooling if you want
it to cool to a specific shape. However, mine is never around long enough
to cool!
