Ingredients:
Steamed Fresh Ham recipe makes 6 Servings
2 pound Fresh ham
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
4 tablespoon Sherry
1. Place fresh ham in a heatproof dish and steam on a rack 1 hour. (See
HOWTO SECTION).
2. Add sugar and sherry. Steam 1 hour more.
3. Let ham cool slightly, then slice and serve.
