Recipe - Steamed Cubed Pork With Five Spices

1 pound Pork
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Five spices
One half teaspoon Salt
2 pound Potatoes
1. Cut pork in 1inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sugar, Five Spices and
salt. Add to pork and toss. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
2. Peel potatoes and cut in 1One half inch cubes. Arrange in a deep
heatproof bowl with pork cubes on top. Pour the pork marinade over.
3. Steam on a rack until done (about 1One half hours). See HOWTO SECTION.
