Recipe - Steamed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 pound Brussels sprouts; trimmed
and washed
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
Freshly cracked black pepper

Steam the Brussels sprouts in a steamer, over a large pot of boiling water
until tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut in half and transfer to a bowl.
Add the thyme, vinegar and pepper, toss to coat and serve. PER SERVING: 45
cals, 0.3 g fat (4.5% cff)

KitpatH: Microwave trimmed sprouts for about 5 to 7 minutes on high,
covered with a tablespoon or two of water.
