Recipe - Steak In Wine Sauce

1 cn (4oz) mushroom caps
1 One half pound Round or sirloin steak; cut
in 1inch cubes
2 tablespoon Oil
1 cn (10.75oz) cream of mushroom
soup
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup White wine
One fourth cup Chopped onion
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half cup Sour cream
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Brown steak in oil. Mix liquids, water,
soup, wine, onions and oregano and bring to a boil. Add meat and reduce
heat; cover and simmer about 1 hour until tender, stirring occasianally.
Stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Serves 46.
