1 tablespoon Margarine or butter
2 Red bell pepper rings
2 Green bell pepper rings
1 small Onion; cut or sliced up , separated
into rings
2 Frozen cut or sliced up sandwich
steaks
2 sl Monterey Jack; 1oz each
2 Kaiser rolls; split
Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and
onion rings; cook and stir until crisptender. Remove vegetables from
skillet, cook sandwich steaks as directed on package. Fold each steak in
half crosswise. Top each folded steak with cheese slice. Cover skillet;
cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Place steaks on bottom halves of rolls; top with pepper and onion rings
and top halves of rolls.
