Recipe - Steak And Bean Chowder

Three fourths pound Boneless beef sirloin steak;
cut in 1/2" cubes
1 md Onion; chopped
2 cn (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes,
undrained; cut up
1 cn (15 oz.) spicy chili beans;
undrained
2 Baking potatoes, unpeeeled;
cut into 1/2" cubes
One half teaspoon Cumin
Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat over mediumhigh heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until no
longer pink.
Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add all remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to mediumlow; partially cover
and simmer 2025 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
