Recipe - Steak Seasoning Salt

One fourth cup Table salt
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Black pepper, coarse
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dry minced garlic, hammered
1 teaspoon Dry minced onion, hammered
One fourth teaspoon Caraway seeds

Hammer the garlic and the onion bits until reduced to bit sized pieces. Mix
together well and use during grilling.
