Recipe - Steak Sauce Creole

Categories: None, Steak Sauce Creole
Ingredients:

1 cup Dry red wine
4 teaspoon Chili sauce;the kind by the
ketchup
4 teaspoon Salad oil
3 Cloves garlic
5 tablespoon Cayenne sauce
2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Worcesteshire sauce
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Black pepper

I got this recipe many years ago from the back of a bottle of either
Frank's Hot Pepper Sauce or Durkee (Frank's Original) Cayenne Sauce. I
don't remember, but I don't think that is any difference.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinade steaks. Baste steaks with sauce
while grilling.

I thought that it was hot when I first tried it. Now it is kind of bland,
but still good.
