Recipe - Steak Sandwich

MICKEY'S GOURMET CKBK
4 Strip sirloin steaks, 6oz ea
6 ounce Flour
2 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
4 Sub rolls, 6"
1 pound Onions, thinly cut or sliced up rings
2 cup Milk
Oil for deep frying

Yachtman's Steakhouse, Disney's Yacht Club Resort Combine flour and pepper.
Mix well. Soak onion in milk 15 mins. Drain and dust with flour and pepper
mixture. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Broil steaks as
desired; place in rolls, top with onions.
