Recipe - Steak Roll-Ups

1 One half pound Boneless round steak
One fourth cup Onion, chopped
One fourth cup Butter or margarine, melted
2 cup Fresh bread cubes
One half cup Celery, chopped
1 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Poultry seasoning
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Allpurpose flour
2 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 cn (10 Three fourths oz) condensed cream
of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/3 cup Water
Three fourths teaspoon Browning sauce, optional
Pound steak to 1/3 in. thickness. Cut into six pieces. Combine the next
eight ingredients; mix well. Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak; roll up
and fasten with a toothpick. Roll in flour. In a large skillet, brown
rollups in oil. Combine soup, water and browning sauce if desired; pour
over rollups. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender,
turning occasionally.
