Recipe - Steak Alla Salmoriglio

2 pound Delmonico steaks
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon Parsley
2 cup Water
2 tablespoon Olive oil
One half teaspoon Oregano
Salt/pepper
Garlic powder
Hot Italian Bread
Combine water, garlic cloves, parsley, One fourth t oregano, salt, pepper, and
olive oil in a small sauce pan. Boil for 5 minutes and set aside.
Season steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and One fourth t oregano. place
steaks in grooved broiler pan to catch drippings. Broil 34 minutes on each
side for mediumrare, longer if you like your steak less rare. Serve steak
in a deep dish with drippings. Pour Salmoriglio sauce over steak. Serve hot
with lots of crusty bread.
