Recipe - Star Anise Rub

Ingredients:
Star Anise Rub recipe makes 1 Servings
1 tablespoon Star anise pieces
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
8 Black peppercorns
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Place all ingredients for the rub in a spice mill. Process until a fine
powder, stopping to shake several times for evenness. Makes One fourth cup, enough
for a whole duck.
