Recipe - Standard Jerky Marinade

One half cup Soy Sauce
1 Clove garlic, mashed
2 tablespoon Brown or white sugar
2 tablespoon Catsup
One half cup Worcestershire sauce
1 One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 pound Lean meat, cut in strips
Mix ingredients. Marinate at least 1 hour before drying
