3 cup Squash; (yellow or zucchini)
One half md Red pepper
1 small Onion
2 teaspoon Oil
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

In large bowl, combine vegetables. Heat large skillet over medium heat
until hot. Add oil, heat until ripples. Add vegetables, stir fry 5 to 6
minutes or until crisp tender. Season with salt and pepper. 30 calories.
