Recipe - Squash Puffs

1 cup Squash cooked
1 Egg beaten
1/3 cup Flour
1/3 cup Cornmeal
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt or more
ds Pepper
1 md Onion grated
1 One half cup Cooking oil
Combine squash and egg. Add all other ingredients except oil and mix=20
until well blended. Heat oil for deep frying. Drop batter by level=20
tablespoonful into hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on
paper=20 towels.
