3 Or 4 zucchini (or yellow
Summer squash) cut or sliced up
1 cup Whole kernel corn
1/3 Onion chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper seeded
And chopped
Salt to taste
Mix above ingredients and cook (or steam) until tender. Drain and top=20
with: Three fourths cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake about 10=20
