Recipe - Spring Salad

4 Salmon fillets
One fourth cup Nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Skim milk
1 teaspoon Dried dill
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 small Tomato
Preheat broiler.
Remove any small bones from salmon fillets with tweezers. In small bowl,
mix mayonnaise, milk, dill, lemon pepper and minced tomato. Arrange salmon
on broiling pan, brush salmon with cornoil and sprinkle with pepper. Broil
salmon for 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Arrange salmon on plates and serve dillsauce on the side.

Carbohydrate; 89mg Cholesterol; 394mg Sodium
