5 lg Flour tortillas
1 10 ounce Pkg froz chpd spinach,
Thawed and well drained
1 3 ounce Jar real bacon bits
6 Green onions, chopped
1 cup Sour cream
1 8 ounce Pkg cream cheese,
softened
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
Have tortillas at room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients until
well distributed throughout mixture. Spread fairly thinly and evenly on
tortillas. Roll each tortilla up jelly roll fashion and wrap individually
in plastic film. Refrigerate overnight. Unwrap and slice into Three fourths inch
rounds just before serving.
