Recipe - Spinach Soup

1 pack Frozen chopped spinach
3 tablespoon Melted butter
2 tablespoon Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 One half tablespoon Powdered chicken stock
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Milk
1 cup Halfandhalf cream
Pepper to taste
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
Parmesan cheese; optional
Cook spinach; drain thoroughly. In blender, combine first 6 ingredients &
blend thoroughly. Add milk, cream, pepper & nutmeg. Serve hot with cheese
on top or cold. Serves 4 to 6.
