Recipe - Spinach Sauce

1 bn Spinach leaves; (100 g)
150 ml Curd

FOR THE SEASONING
1 teaspoon Capsico sauce or chilli
sauce; (150 ml)
Salt to taste

WASH spinach leaves thoroughly and drain well. Boil in just enough water
with a pinch of salt. When cool, puree spinach in a blender. Chill. Add
Capsico or chilli sauce and salt. Beat curd and combine with spinach.
