Recipe - Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

6 cup Torn fresh Spinach
Small Red Onion *
2 tablespoon Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
2 x Med Oranges, peeled,sectione
One half cup Sliced water chestnuts,drain
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or cooking oil
1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame seed

* cut or sliced up and separated into rings

For salad, in a large salad bowl place spinach, orange sections, onion
slices, and water chestnuts (use One half of 8 ounce can). Sprinkle with 1/4
teaspoon pepper.
For dressing, in a screwtop jar combine orange juice, oil, honey, sesame
seed, and mustard. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss
lightly to coat. Serve immediately.
