Recipe - Spinach Roulade

Ingredients:

4 sl Bacon; cut into 1" pieces
2 pack (10 ounce each) frozen chopped
spinach
1 cn (10 One half oz) condensed cream
of mushroom soup
1 cn (4 oz) cut or sliced up mushrooms;
drained
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/3 cup Dry bread crumbs

recipes.

Cook bacon until drisp; drain. Cook spinach according to directions on
package; drain. Combine bacon, spinach, soup, mushrooms, eggs and bread
crumbs. Pour into a greased 1 One half qt ring mold. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Loosen edges of mold with a spatula. Place serving plate over top of mold,
invert into plate. Fill center with mashed potatoes. makes 8 servings.
