Recipe - Spinach Herb Sauce

A; (10ounce) package
; frozen spinach,
; cooked, rinsed, and
; squeezed dry
1 cup Bottled mayonnaise
One half cup Plain yogurt
2 teaspoon Minced fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon Minced fresh chives
In a blender puree the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the
tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the
chives. Serve the sauce with chicken.
Makes about 2 cups.
