Recipe - Spinach Curry

3 tablespoon Cooking oil
8 ounce Onion cut or sliced up ; (225g)
One fourth teaspoon Schwartz Ground Fenugreek
1 tablespoon Schwartz Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon Schwartz Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Schwartz Turmeric
One half teaspoon Salt
1 pound Frozen spinach thawed;
(450g)
Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion for 2 3 minutes.
Add the Fenugreek, Coriander, Garam Masala, Turmeric, salt and spinach and
mix together. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
