Recipe - Spinach Cheese Pie

1 Croutons; crushed
One fourth cup Butter; melted
6 tablespoon Grated cheese
1 Chopped spinach; (10 oz.)
drained
1 pound Cottage cheese
4 ounce Cheddar cheese
3 Eggs; beaten
1 small Onion; chopped
2 tablespoon Sour cream
1 Garlic

Melt butter, mix with croutons, then press onto 10inch pie plate. Bake
until golden. Mix all other ingredients. Pour onto pie shell. Bake at
350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before slicing.
