Recipe - Spinach Bread

Small Loaf
10 ounce Frozen spinach; thawed, with
liquid
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
One half teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg; grated
One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
20 ounce Frozen spinach; thawed, with
liquid
2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
4 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Nutmeg; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
