Recipe - Spinach And Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:

Salad

4 cups baby spinach torn into bite size pieces 2 shallots, minced 8 large
strawberries cut or sliced up Dressing 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tsp orange juice 2 tsp
balsamic vinegar
One fourth tsp salt white pepper to taste.

Mix together salad ingredients and pour dressing over top. Serve
immediately.
