Recipe - Spinach And Feta Cheese Parcel

1 pack Filo pastry
1 pack Feta cheese; (small dice)
1 Bag spinach; blanched,
drained
; and chopped
2 sl Smoked ham; small dice
One half pound Butter; melted

Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 for 1215 minutes.

Cut the pastry into 4x4 inch squares. Take two pieces, place one piece on
top of another to form a star shape.

Make the mixture by mixing together the ham, cheese and spinach. Place some
mixture in the middle of the pastry and butter the edges. Bring the sides
into the middle to form a bunch.

Lightly butter a baking sheet and place the parcels onto it. Butter each
parcel and cook in the oven.
