50 g Butter; (2oz)
1 Red onion; cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Schwartz Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Schwartz Ground Ginger
3 Carrots; cut into

350 g White cabbage; shredded
(12oz)
1 Green pepper; cut or sliced up
50 g Peanuts; (2oz)
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion until softened. Add
the Garam Masala and Ginger and fry for 1 minute.
Add the remaining vegetables, peanuts, salt and pepper and stir fry for 78
minutes until the vegetables have softened.
