Recipe - Spicy Tiger Prawns

6 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 Red chilli; finely chopped
2 Salad onions; finely cut or sliced up
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
2 250 g packs raw tiger
prawns; defrosted
25 g Dessicated coconut; (1oz)
Chopped coriander to garnish
Mix together the olive oil, garlic, chilli, salad onions and seasoning.
Add the prawns and place in a nonmetallic dish. Cover and chill for 12
hours stirring occasionally.
Remove the prawns from the marinade, thread onto wooden skewers and
sprinkle with coconut.
Grill under a preheated hot grill for 810 minutes, turning frequently.
Remove from the skewers to serve. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
