Recipe - Spicy Sweet Potato Balls

3 pound Sweet potatoes cooked or
217 ounce cans
; drained
2 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Egg miniature marshmallows
One half cup Ginger snap crumbs
Mash sweet potatoes while they are hot, then add sugar, butter, salt and
spices. Add egg and continue to whip until thoroughly combined. Chill until
firm. Form into golf ball sized balls and place 23 marshmallows in center
of each ball. Roll in ginger snap crumbs. Place on nonstick or lightly
greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
