Recipe - Spicy Stir-Fry Orange Chicken

2 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half cup Chicken stock
1/3 cup Orange juice
2 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoon Olive oil
4 Sliced chicken breasts
One fourth cup Orange zest
1 Minced garlic clove
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 Sliced red bell pepper
1 cup Snow peas
Directions: In a bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, chicken
stock, orange juice, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Heat a large
skillet or wok until very hot. Add the olive oil, then add the chicken.
Cook for about one minute, tossing. Add the orange zest, garlic, red pepper
flakes, bell pepper, and snow peas. Saut‚ for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in the sauce mixture and simmer for 45 minutes, reducing slightly.
Serve immediately. Serves 4.
