Recipe - Spaghetti Rolls

2 pound Ground beef
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Spaghetti sauce; divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded
pizzaflavored cheese blend
or mozzarella cheese
1 pack (8 ounces) manicotti shells;
cooked, rinsed and drained
Cook beef in oil in large skillet over mediumhigh heat until brown,
stirring to separate meat; drain fat. Stir in onion powder, salt and
pepper. Stir in 1 cup of spaghetti sauce; cool and set aside.
Reserve One half cup of the ground meat mixture. Combine remainiung beef mixture
with cheese iiin large bowl. Stuff into manicotti. Arrange iin greased
13x9inch pan. Combine remaining spaghetti sauce with reserved beef mixture
in small bowl; blend well. Pour over manicotti. Cover with foil. Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven 20 to 30 mins or until hot. Garnish as desired.
