Recipe - Southwestern Pork Chops

1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 Pork rib chops
1 cup Salsa
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth cup Monterey Jack cheese;
shredded
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season pork
chops with salt and pepper to taste. Saut‚ pork chops 2 minutes per side.
Add salsa and cumin. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover skillet and simmer
67 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout. Spoon sauce over pork and
sprinkle with cheese.
