Recipe - Southwestern Meat Loaf

2 pound Chopped beef
1 pack Lipton Recipe Secret Onion
Soup Mix
2 cup Crushed corn flakes; or,
Bran flakes (about 3 oz)
1 One half cup Whole kernel corn
frozen or canned, drained
1 Green pepper; minced
2 Eggs
Three fourths cup Water
1/3 cup Ketchup
Salsa

Preheat oven to 350 deg.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a large shallow baking pan,
shape into loaf. Bake 1One half hours or until done. Serve with prepared salsa

Can also use OnionMushroom or Beefy Onion Soup Mix.
