Ingredients:
Southwestern Cheese Dip recipe makes 1 Servings
1 pound Plain or mexicanflavored
Velveeta; cubed
1 Jar; (8 oz) process cheese
spread
1 pound Sliced bacon; cooked and
crumbled
1 bn Green onions with tops;
cut or sliced up
1 cn (4 oz) chopped green chiles
Raw vegetables or tortilla
chips
Place cheeses in a 1 1/2qt. microwavesafe bowl. Top with bacon, onions
and chilies. Microwave at 50% power or until cheese is melted, stirring
every 2 minutes. Serve with vegetables or chips.
