Recipe - Southwest Spice - {emerils Southwest Seasoning}

2 tablespoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon Ground cumin
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Dried oregano
1 tablespoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper

Combine all of the above ingredients thoroughly. This recipe yields One half cup
