Recipe - Southwest Relish

1 cup Tomatillos; Chopped, 6 oz
Three fourths cup Tomato; Seeded And Chopped
Three fourths cup Green Bell Pepper; Diced
Three fourths cup Yellow Bell Pepper; Diced
One fourth cup Pine Nuts; Toasted, 1 oz
2 Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Sage Leaves; Snipped
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
NOTE: Tomato and Pepper measures are approximate. You should use one

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 4 cups
of relish.
