Recipe - Southwest Flan

6 Egg yolk
3 Egg white
2 ounce Cream cheese
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 cn Milk
1 One half cup Sugar

Caramelize sugar in small pan. Pour into 9" pie plate. Mix remaining
ingredients in blender. Add to pie plate. Place plate in shallow pan, add
