2 cn Blackeyed peas (drained)
2 cn Hominy (drained 1 white; 1
yellow
1 cn (small) cut or sliced up black olives
(drained)
1 cn (small) cut or sliced up jalapenos
(drained)
1 cup Chopped green or red bell
pepper
1 cup Chopped green onions
3 Fresh tomatoes chopped
1 Bottle (8 ounce) Italian
salad dressing
Rinse all the "drained" items well. Then combine the "drained" items with
all the other ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve with tortilla
chips.
