15 ounce Jar Nopalitos, drained,
Rinsed, and minced
4 Green Onions, ends trimmed,
Minced
Three fourths pound Roma Tomatoes, cored and
Finely chopped
One fourth cup Lime Juice
2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, minced
Salt
In a bowl, combine nopalitosm onions, tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro.
Mix and season to taste with salt. Serve, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
