Recipe - Southern Country Gravy

1 cup Onions; minced
Three fourths teaspoon Garlic; minced
3 tablespoon Oil (use the oil from frying
the tofu)
One fourth cup Breading mixture left over
from the main recipe, or
unbleached flour
1 One half teaspoon Yeast, smoked
5 teaspoon Vogue Vegy Base
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1 cup ;water
Saute the onions and garlic in the oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the
breading mixture, yeast, soup base, salt and pepper and cook 3 to 4 minutes
longer.
Add half of the water, whisking it into the onion and flour mixture. When
it thickens, add the remaining water, whisking to a light consistency.
