Soft shell crabs
Lettuce
Peanut oil
Allpurpose flour
Mayonnaise
Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Poboy bread or french bread
Clean soft shell crabs, mix flour, salt and pepper. Powder crabs with flour
mix and fry in peanut oil until golden. Drain crabs on paper towels. Make
poboy with crabs and dress.
